Essential oils can be very strong, when using the pure oils ALWAYS mix them with
a cream of base oil(olive,almond etc).

HEALING WITH VITAMINS AND MINERALS
VIT B6 B12 are very useful in times of stress. They help to reduce the effects on your body of stress and fatigue.
MAGNESIUM - Very good for relaxing the body for a good nights sleep or relaxing muscles after sports or physical work. It is also needed to strengthen bones and teeth.
MINERAL SALTS - Pink himalayan salt if good to use on your food or in cooking. Helps
